Yes to both. The full agreement is public at faxpigeon.com/baa, so you can read it before you sign up. You sign it when you create your practice, even for the free fax, and it covers everyone you add.

Plans start at $4.99 a month billed annually ($59.88 a year) or $5.99 month to month for 200 pages. There are six plans. They differ only in how many pages they include and what extra pages cost. Every plan has every feature and unlimited people.

Yes. Confirm your email and you can send one fax of up to 10 pages, with no credit card. It goes out from our shared number under the same signed BAA. Paid plans send and receive from your own number.

Upload a PDF or image, enter the fax number and click Send. Or email the PDF from your account's email address to the fax number at fax.faxpigeon.com, like 3125550142@fax.faxpigeon.com. The recipient gets a normal fax, usually within 1 to 3 minutes, and you get a delivery certificate once it arrives.

Every paid plan includes your own local fax number. Incoming faxes arrive in your inbox as PDFs with an AI summary. You can get an email for each fax, a daily digest or none, and the emails contain a secure link, never the fax itself.

Yes. Transferring your number (porting) is free on every paid plan, and you can start it at sign-up or from Settings. Most transfers finish in 5 to 15 business days, and the number keeps working with your current provider until then.

Yes. Everyone in your practice shares one number, one inbox and one page allowance, and adding people costs nothing. Roles (Owner, Manager, Member) control who handles billing and invitations. You can assign incoming faxes to a colleague and mark them reviewed.

Extra pages are billed at your plan's per-page rate (10¢ on Basic down to 2¢ on Max) on a separate invoice: at renewal on a month-to-month plan and every 30 days on an annual one. You never stop receiving faxes.

Everything is stored in the United States and encrypted with AES-256. You can delete a fax at any time. Deleting everything at once, or a whole practice, gives you 7 days to undo it, and backup copies expire within 90 days. AI summaries are made with Google Vertex AI under a signed BAA and a zero data retention agreement with Google.

Yes. The practice owner can turn AI summaries off for everyone in Settings under Practice. Incoming faxes are then never sent to AI and arrive without a summary. Summaries are on by default and can be turned back on anytime.

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away, and you pay only the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel anytime and keep service until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel within 72 hours of your first payment, you can end service right away with a full refund (once per customer).
