How the overage works
Pages past your plan's budget bill at the plan's own rate. Sent and received pages count in one pool, including faxes you did not ask for.

Monthly plans collect overage on the next renewal invoice; annual plans collect it every 30 days. If unbilled overage reaches five times the plan's monthly price, it is charged right away. A declined charge pauses sending until it is paid. Receiving never pauses.
A cover sheet counts as one page. One fax can carry up to 250 pages on every paid plan.

Changing plans, cancelling and refunds
An upgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current period. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing period, and you keep your current plan until then.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: your plan, your fax number and your documents stay until that date, and you are not charged again.
One refund exists. Within 72 hours of the first charge on your first paid subscription, you can cancel immediately for a full refund of that period. Outside that window no refund is issued, and service runs to the end of the paid period.

When prices change
A price can change only with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal, and the new price applies from the billing period after that notice (Terms of Service, section 6.1).
