Dekho Cloud treats an inbound fax as a task with a named owner, Telebroad's fax page lists assigning a fax to a teammate, and iFax's inbox page describes assigning faxes to specific users. Spruce Health lists Task Assignment and Management and names no fax as the item assigned. Fax.Plus and Documo assign fax numbers to users, and neither set of pages describes assigning one fax.

• FaxTerra Pro + HIPAA is the $299.99 yearly plan price plus the $49.99 yearly HIPAA add-on, divided by 12, which is $29.17 a month. Pro + HIPAA is the first FaxTerra plan that covers 500 pages, since FaxTerra Business + HIPAA stops at 200.
• eFax Business includes 5 user licenses, so 5 people add nothing, and a 6th user costs $10 a month.

Which team plans include a BAA?

Under 45 CFR 164.308(b)(1), a covered entity may let a business associate handle electronic protected health information only after it obtains satisfactory assurances that the business associate will appropriately safeguard the information.

Fax.Plus prints no separate BAA fee. eFax prints its BAA on the Business card, and SRFax and Dekho Cloud print no BAA price.

FaxTerra and iFax give conflicting accounts. The FaxTerra HIPAA landing page says every plan includes a signed BAA, yet the same page calls it a $4.99 a month add-on, and its pricing and help pages sell it only as that add-on. The iFax Windows page says every paid plan includes a free BAA, while the iFax trial page limits the free BAA to Plus and Pro subscribers.
