SRFax lists each Healthcare price 3 ways: month to month; billed annually, per month; and billed annually, per year. SRFax Healthcare Lite is the only Healthcare plan under 500 pages, and SRFax Healthcare Basic adds 300 pages for $2.95 a month more, billed annually. The Healthcare cards count pages a month, sent and received combined.

How much does SRFax charge for extra pages?
SRFax charges 5¢ for each extra page on the 6 plans from SRFax Healthcare Lite to SRFax Healthcare Professional, 4.5¢ on SRFax Healthcare Professional Plus and SRFax MediPlan 500, and 4¢ on SRFax Healthcare Professional Premium.
Pages sent and received beyond a plan's monthly figure are billed on top of the plan price. An SRFax Healthcare Lite account that sends 200 pages and receives 250 uses 450 pages, which is 250 pages over the allowance. At 5¢ a page, those 250 pages add $12.50 to the month's bill.

The 20,000-page row is Fax Pigeon Max at $159.99 a month plus 10,000 extra pages at 2¢ a page, which is $200.00 a month, for $359.99 in all. Fax Pigeon sells no 800-page plan, so Fax Pigeon Plus, at 1,000 pages, is the smallest plan that covers SRFax Healthcare Basic Plus.

Under 45 CFR 164.502(e), a covered entity may disclose protected health information to a business associate if it obtains satisfactory assurance that the business associate will appropriately safeguard the information.
